What happens to the sermon after Sunday?

The sermon that was translated live has already been transcribed, so the week after can be different: a clean transcript in every language, a summary for the newsletter, drafts for the website and social media, and answers to questions from the sermon itself. The church owns all of it.

The week after, as it usually goes

Somebody uploads the recording. Somebody else, later, writes three sentences for the newsletter from memory. The website gets a title and a date. If there is a person who transcribes, they transcribe in the language it was preached in, and the other languages in the room get nothing.

None of this is anyone’s fault. It is the cost of doing it by hand, once per language, every week.

Are the drafts drafts? Somebody at the church should read and approve before anything is published, and the tool should make that step easy rather than skip it.
