In the follow-upDuring the service a listener can tap Amen, say it is their first time, ask for prayer, leave a word, or leave a way to be reached, all in their own language. Afterwards every one of them is in a single list, so the visitor who came once is called, invited, and not forgotten.

Two codes, not one. The first is for the translation. The second is projected after the sermon and opens the same after-service screen for everyone present, whether they listened to a translation or sat in the preacher's own language: Amen, first time here, a prayer request, a comment, a testimony, Ask the Sermon, and the record to read and download. Someone already listening on a phone does not scan again; their screen becomes this page when the service ends.

By Monday every Amen, first visit, prayer request, comment and testimony is one list, each with a status your team moves along: new, contacted, invited, connected. A private note per person, consent recorded, nothing shown to anyone unless they allowed it.

One rule underneath all of it: engagement numbers are anonymous, and they stay separate from pastoral care. A listener becomes known to their church only by explicit opt-in, never by being counted.
